心理护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴抑郁焦虑患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

目的 观察心理护理对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)伴抑郁焦虑患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响.方法 将120名COPD伴抑郁焦虑的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例.两组患者均行对症治疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上行心理干预.治疗前后分别对其焦虑、抑郁及生活质量进行评定.结果 与治疗前比较,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度均有所降低,但观察组降低程度高于对照组(P＜0.01)；生活质量均有所提高,但观察组提高程度高于对照组(P＜0.01)；观察组患者的依从性高于对照组(P ＜0.01).结论 心理护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病伴抑郁焦虑患者治疗依从性及生活质量的提高可以起到积极的作用.

THE EFFECT OF MENTAL NURSING ON THE TREATMENT COMPLIANCE AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD) COMPLICATED WITH DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

Objective To observe the effect of mental nursing on the treatment compliance and the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with depression and anxiety.Methods 120 cases of COPD with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment and routine care,while the observation group received psychological intervention in addition.The anxiety,depression and the quality of life were assessed in both groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the indexes before treatment,both groups had their anxiety and depression reduced,but the observation group showed higher rate of decrease than the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life were found improved in both groups,but the observation group got improved more obviously than the control(P<0.01).The degree of the compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively promote the treatment compliance and the quality of life of patients with COPD complicated with depression and anxiety.
