| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨触摸护理在小儿眼科全麻围手术期的应用效果.方法 将128例患儿随机分成对照组和实验组,各64例.两组均行常规护理,实验组在此基础上,应用触摸护理.比较患儿术前配合及术后烦躁哭闹程度.结果 实验组患儿在手术前的配合程度明显好于对照组(x2=9.22,P＜0.01),术后躁动情况轻于对照组(x2=8.00,P＜0.05).结论 触摸护理可减轻患儿术前恐惧和术后躁动,提高患儿的配合程度.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the application of the perioperative touch care in ophthalmological pediatric general anesthesia.Methods 128 patients were randomly divided into the control and the experimental groups,with 64 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional care,while the experimental group received touch care in addition.The sick children’s preoperative compliance and restlessness were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group showed better preoperative compliance than the contrast group(χ2=9.22,P<0.01),and the experimental group showed less postoperative restlessness than the control group(χ2=8.00,P<0.05).Conclusion Touch care can reduce the preoperative fear and postoperative restlessness and can improve sick children’s treatment compliance. |
