脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛80例临床观察

目的:观察脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:将心绞痛患者160例按1∶1随机分为两组,脉血康胶囊治疗组80例,丹参滴丸对照组80例,治疗28天为1个疗程,观察两组心绞痛症状、心电图ST段及血液流变学的变化.结果:总有效率治疗组为91.25％,对照组为81.25％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组心电图ST段改变比较,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组血液流变学改变指标比较,治疗组治疗后各项指标均优于治疗前(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01),而两组红细胞压积改变治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:脉血康胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于丹参滴丸对照组,症状改善、病情缓解、理化检查指标改善等方面亦优于对照组.

Clinical observation of therapeutic efficacy of Maixuekang capsules in 80 cases of angina pectoris

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Maixuekang capsules in treatment of angina pectoris,a type of coronary heart disease.Methods: A total of 160 cases of angina pectoris were equally divided into treatment group(n=80) that received therapy with Maixuekang capsules and control group(n = 80) that received therapy with Danshen dripping pills.Each period of treatment was 28 d.The changes in the symptoms of angina pectoris,electrocardiographic ST-segment,and hemorheology in the two groups were observed.Results: The total effective rates were 91.25% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).The treatment group showed better performance than the control group in terms of the change in electrocardiographic ST-segment(P< 0.05).The treatment group showed better hemorheological indices after therapy(P<0.05 or P < 0.01),and had a larger change in packed cell volume than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Danshen dripping pills,Maixuekang capsules have better performances in leading to improvement in symptoms and laboratory indices and thus have better therapeutic efficacy in treatment of angina pectoris.
