莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡监测分析

目的 了解莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡原因、死亡率及动态变化状况,为制定干预策略提供科学依据.方法 对莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行汇总、整理和分析.结果 莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡率为9.89％.前5位死因是早产、畸形、窒息、肺炎、意外死亡；年龄构成显示新生儿死亡占66.39％,婴儿死亡占84.71％,1～4岁儿童死亡占15.29％.结论 降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的重点是强化孕期健康教育,提高妇幼保健服务质量,尤其是要降低新生儿的死亡率.

ANALYSIS OF THE MONITORING DATA OF THE DEATH OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD IN JU'NAN COUNTY IN 2010

Objective To investigate the causes,the death rate and dynamic changes of the death of children under 5 years old in Ju’nan County in 2010 so as to provide evidence for establishing intervention strategy.Methods The monitoring data of child death under 5 years old in Ju’nan County in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The mortality under 5 ears old was 9.89%.Premature delivery,malformation,asphyxia,pneumonia and accidental death were the main causes.Newborns accounted for 66.39%,infants accounted for 84.71%,and children aged 1-4 years old accounted for 15.29%.Conclusion Strengthening health education during pregnancy,promoting health care quality,and lowering the mortality of infants are the key to decreasing the mortality of children under 5 years old.
