| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究胃癌和慢性胃病组织中bcl-2和p53基因蛋白的表达情况,探讨胃癌的可能发病机制.方法经胃镜取材,用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌和慢性胃病组织细胞中bcl-2和p53基因蛋白的表达.结果胃癌组bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率(62.00%)高于慢性胃病组(41.38%),但无显著性差异(P＞0.05),表达强度也无显著性差异(P＞0.05).胃癌组p53蛋白阳性表达率(56.00%)明显高于慢性胃病组(27.59%),有显著性差异(P＜0.01),表达强度也有显著性差异(P＜0.01).且bcl-2和p53蛋白表达的之间无明显相关性(P＞0.05).结论在胃癌的发生发展中bcl-2基因的异常表达是一种渐进的过程,而p53的异常表达往往出现在胃癌发生发展的晚期.可推断:在胃癌发生发展的不同阶段先后出现bcl-2和p53基因的异常表达.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship and expression of bcl-2 and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The bcl-2 and p53 proteins in all the cases were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results:The expression of bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in chronic gastric diseases, but no significantly(P>0. 05). The expression of p53 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in chronic gastric diseases(P<0. 05). There was no significant correlation between expressionof bcl-2 and p53(P>0.05). Conclusions: Expression of bcl-2 and p53 was in different period of the formation and development of gastric carcinoma. |
