夏秋花粉免疫治疗哮喘患者SIL-2R和总IgE的变化

目的 探讨变应原免疫治疗变应性哮喘SIL-2R及总IgE水平的变化。方法 用夏秋花粉浸液按脱敏常规方法对36例夏秋花粉变应性哮喘患者进行免疫治疗1年。治疗前后测定SIL-2R和总IgE水乎。结果 免疫治疗后临床有效率达86．11％，治疗前非免疫疗法组和免疫疗法组血清SIL-2R和总IgE明显高于对照组(P＜0．01，P＜0．001)。治疗后免疫疗法组2项指标明显下降(P＜0．01，P＜0．001)。5例无效者和非免疫疗法组下降不明显(P＞0．05)。结论 免疫疗法能使夏秋花粉变应性哮喘息者血清SIL-2R和总IgE水乎明显降低。

Changns of Serum Soluble Interleukin-2 Receptor and Total IgE during Summer and Autumn Pollen Immunotherapy in Asthma Patients

Objective To observe the change of serum soluble interleukin\|2 receptor(SIL\|2R) and serum total IgE level during allergen immunotherapy in patients with summer and autumn pollen allergic asthma. Methods 36 patients with summer and autumn pollen allergic asthma were received allergen immunotherapy for one year. The serum level of SIL\|2R and total IgE was measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of allergen immunotherapy on summer and autumn pollen allergic asthma was 86.11%. The serum level of SIL\|2R and total IgE in asthma patient's was obviously higher than that of controls(P<0 01, P<0 001). The patients' serum level of SIL\|2R and total IgE after allergen immunotherapy was significantly decreased except patients with no effect on allergen immunotherapy(P<0 01, P<0 001). Conclusion Allergen immunotherapy could cause obvious decrease of the serum level of SIL\|2R and total IgE in patients with summer and autumn pollen allergic asthma.
