正常及紫外线照射小鼠抗原呈递细胞在接触性过敏反应中的特性

摘    要:紫外线B照射可以改变小鼠皮肤的接触性过敏反应,并可以引起脾脏中抗原特异性T抑制细胞的出现。大量证据提示:表皮郎格罕氏细胞是紫外线照射引起上述反应的主要靶细胞之一,并导至抑制细胞的形成。本工作用各种细胞表面标记物和光镜、电镜技术确定正常与紫外线照射小鼠在接触性过敏反应中抗原呈递细胞所发生的变化。

Abstract:Exposure of mice to UV-B (280-320 nm) radiation alters their immune response sensitizing haptensapplied to UV-irradiated skin. Under these conditions, the contact hypersensitivity response is reduced,and hapten-specific suppressor T-lymphocytes can be found in the spleen. Considerable evidencesuggests that the Langerhan'S cells are a kind of the target cells that have produced the effect of UVirradiation and lead, ultimately, to suppressor cell formation. A combination of cell surface markers andlight and electron microscopy have been used to determine whether difference can be detected in theantigen-presenting cells involved in contact sensitization of normal and UV-irradiated mice.
