川崎病患儿血浆中血栓素B2的变化及意义

目的 探讨川崎病患儿血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)的变化及临床意义. 方法 将2006-03～2006-11在山西省儿童医院心内科住院并确诊为川崎病的患儿40例设为川崎病组,于急性期和恢复期各抽取患儿外周静脉血1次;同时抽取20例正常体检儿童(对照组)外周静脉血1次.放射免疫测定法测定血浆TXB2的浓度.用二维超声心动图观察川崎病患儿心脏冠状动脉病变,并分为冠状动脉损伤(CAL)组和非冠状动脉损伤(NCAL)组. 结果 川崎病组患儿急性期血浆TXB2的浓度较正常对照组儿童增高(P<0.05);恢复期TXB2的浓度与正常对照组比较无统计学意义;急性期冠状动脉损伤(CAL)组TXB2的浓度高于非冠状动脉损伤(NCAL)组(P<0.05);恢复期CAL和NCAL组比较TXB2的浓度无统计学意义. 结论 川崎病患儿急性期血小板活化,血液处于高凝状态,血浆TXB2水平与川崎病冠状动脉的损伤有一定的关系.

Changes of plasma TXB_2 in children with Kawasaki disease and its significance
