强效止喘片治疗支气管哮喘与哮喘性支气管炎448例

上海长征医院等8个医院自1979年起应用强效止喘片治疗哮喘性支气管炎443例,经过随访,有效率达88.7％。本片由氨茶碱、克仑特罗(clen-buterol,氨哮素)及山莨菪碱,用分层释放法制成。经氨茶碱血浓度测定、实验室检查及临床考核,证实本片在体内分层吸收,具有奏效快、持续久、疗效高和副作用小的特征,对大多数哮喘患者,尤其夜间发作时控制较为满意,较传统联合应用氨茶碱和麻黄素更有效、方便与安全、老小咸宜,反应良好。

Treatment of bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis with highly effective antiasthmatic tablets

Since 1979, 8 hospitals of Shanghai district, including Hua Shan Hospital, Shanghai Medical University; Ren Ji hospital, Shanghai second Medical University; and Chang Zheng Hospital, Second Millitary Medical College etc.had 437 cases of asthma and asthmatic bronchitis treated by highly effective anti-asthmatic tablets (HEAST). These tablets consisting of aminophylline, clenbu-terol(NAB365) and 654-2 are specially made pharmaceutically so that individual drug could be released one by one from different layers. Plasma drug determina -tions, laboratory investigations and din- ical observations revealed that HEAST was quite effective, rapid onset, long-lasting and had least side effects. HEAST was satisfactory for most of patients (88.7%)especially in controlling noctur nal attacks, both old and young. Evidently HEAST is more effective, more convenient and safer than the traditional combinations of aminophylline and ephedrine or aminophylline and clenbuterol, given either separately or simultaneously.
