| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育路径对食管癌开胸手术病人康复的影响.方法:将2010年10～12月收治的食管癌开胸手术病人30例作为对照组,沿用原有的健康教育方法,同期研制健康教育路径表,具体内容量化,以2011年1 ～3月收治的食管癌开胸手术病人30例作为研究组,按照健康教育路径表进行健康教育,观察两组病人术后并发症发生率、肛门排气时间、下床时间、术后住院时间及费用.结果:研究组术后并发症发生3例(10%),对照组术后并发症发生11例(36.67%),并发症发生率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),肛门排气时间、下床时间研究组早于对照组,术后住院日研究组短于对照组,术后住院费用研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:健康教育路径可降低食管癌开胸手术病人术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,降低费用,提高健康教育质量.
