| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预在创伤后骨科病人的护理中的价值。方法:将2009年5月～2010年5月在我院住院的符合条件的骨科创伤病人随即分为两组进行对照研究,一组为研究组(给予专业心理干预),另一组为对照组(只给予一般心理护理),应用汉密尔顿焦虑评定量表(HA-MA)进行评定,比较两组病人不同阶段的焦虑状况。结果:研究组的焦虑状况好转情况明显优于对照组,两者差异比较具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预在创伤后骨科病人的护理实践中应用价值高,明显降低了此类病人的焦虑水平,更好地满足了病人的需求,值得推广。
