| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫骨骨折髓内钉固定术后感染的特点。方法回顾性分析197例行胫骨骨折髓内钉固定术患者的病例资料。结果 197例患者中,术后感染共发生11例,发生率在闭合性骨折、Gustilo Ⅰ型、Gustilo Ⅱ型和Gustilo Ⅲ型骨折中分别为1.0%、0.5%、1.5%和2.5%。Gustilo Ⅲ型骨折中,Ⅲa和Ⅲb型分别为1.0%和1.5%。结论胫骨骨折髓内钉固定术后感染发生率高,治疗困难,临床医生应引起高度重视。
