| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针对性心理护理对改善CT增强扫描患者心理状态的临床效果.方法:251例CT增强扫描患者根据其具体情况,检查前1 d给予针对性的心理护理,护理前后采用SCL-90问卷进行效果评价.结果:所有患者均顺利完成CT检查,护理后SCL-90总分和单项得分与护理前比较均有显著性改善(P＜0.05).结论:针对性心理护理对于改善CT检查患者心理状态是很有意义的,值得在临床上应用推广.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical effect of targeted psychological nursing for improving the psychological states of patients with contrast enhancement of CT scan.Methods： One day before diagnose,251 cases of patients were given targeted psychological nursing according to concrete states,the SCL-90 was used for evaluation before and after nursing.Results： All patients were diagnosed smoothly,and the total scores and each index of SCL-90 was significantly better after nursing（P0.05） Conclusion： Targeted psychological nursing used for patients with contrast enhancement of CT scan,was meaningful for improving the psychological states,so it deserved applying and popularizing in clinical work. |
