| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜联合B超检查在诊治宫内组织物残留中的临床价值。方法对176例临床与B超诊断宫内组织物残留的病例进行分析,比较宫腔镜与B超的诊断结果。结果在176例中,154例B超提示宫内有异常回声,其中5例B超提示宫内强回声者经宫腔镜诊断为子宫内膜菲薄和/或内膜部分缺如,宫腔镜诊断与B超诊断符合率为96.8%（149/154）。结论宫腔镜检查是一项有效、安全的技术,应作为诊治宫内组织物残留的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of intrauteral pregnant residual.Methods Retrospectively analysis 176 cases of intrauteral pregnant residual and compare their hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound examination result.Results There are 154 cases abnormal intrauteral resonance detected by B-ultrasound,among which there are 5 cases endometrium weak or defect.The accordant rate of hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound is 96.8%.Conclusion Hysteroscopy is effective and safe,and is the first choice to diagnosis and treat intrauteral residual. |
