摘    要:目的采用响应对苦白蹄中总三萜类成分进行提取。方法在单因素试验基础上,利用响应曲面法中心组合设计,采用超声波辅助萃取法对苦白蹄中总三萜提取工艺参数进行优化分析。选择超声频率、超声时间和超声温度作为优化因素,研究不同因素水平对苦白蹄总三萜得率的影响。结果通过响应面分析得到总三萜提取的最优条件:超声频率70 Hz、提取时间35 min、提取温度40℃。结论总三萜类化合物提取的实测结果与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值符合良好。
