| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将66例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各33例,实验组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。结果治疗3个月后,实验组在PAN SS(t=3.1280,P<0.05)评分和GQOL I(t=3.0910,P<0.05)评分方面均显著优于对照组。结论综合护理干预对于改善病情,提高生活质量有明显效果,是值得在临床推广的护理模式。
