| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health state and healthcare need of pregnant women in early pregnancy.Methods SCL-90 and a general questionnaire were performed in 120 women who were in early pregnancy.Results ①7.5% pregnant women maybe were in the abnormal psychological state.15.83% and 4.17% of all women perhaps had the mild and moderate disorder respectively;②The most common symptoms in the pregnant women were diet sleep,somatoform disorders and obsession;③There were significantly negative correlations between the factors about depression,hostility,paranoia and the age of pregnant women（Sr=-0.20,-0.20,-0.23,P=0.03,0.03,0.01）.Conclusion Pay attention to the mental health of the pregnant women and develop psychological service for them based on their needs. |
