Effect of Psychological Intervention on Negative Psychological of Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

】 Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on negative psychological for patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups namely experimental group（psychological intervention group） and control group（without the intervention group） of the 60 cases,both groups received routine treatment and care in the experimental group on this basis,according to the patient＇s psychological problems and take appropriate psychological interventions.Used self-rating depression scale（SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were evaluated.Results After three-month treatment,the intervention group＇ SDS,SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can promote breast cancer with chemotherapy in patients with more positive behavioral and cognitive methods and reduce the negative emotional reaction,active life with regular treatment to improve the quality of life.
