| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应（SSR）在脑卒中伴发高血压患者中的诊断价值。方法对30例脑卒中伴发高血压患者、30例高血压患者、30例健康人进行交感神经皮肤反应测定。结果脑卒中伴发高血压组与高血压组、健康组比较：SSR的波潜伏期延长,波幅降低（P〈0.01）。结论脑卒中伴发高血压患者存在自主神经功能损害,SSR可作为脑卒中伴发高血压患者自主神经受损的辅助诊断手段。 |
