| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医生及护士职业倦怠状况及其影响因素。方法随机选取护士486人,医生161人,施测军人职业倦怠量表;对收集的数据进行描述性分析、t检验、回归分析。结果医生和护士在成就感、躯体化维度上得分存在显著差异(t=2.142和5.263,P=0.033和0.000);影响医生职业倦怠的因素包括付出与回报满意度、性别、独生子女,影响护士职业倦怠的因素包括付出与回报满意度和受教育程度。结论医生和护士职业倦怠状况不同,护士群体较容易出现成就感和躯体化问题。
