| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between family function and anxious,depressive mood of nurses. Methods A total of 185 nurses were investigated with SAS,SDS and FAD. Results Total average scores of anxiety and depression were respectively （45.63±11.14,50. 47±1.69）, 46.80% nurses had anxiety and 45.3 % had depression. Pearson correlation analysis indicated that the correlations among the dimensions of FAD score,SAS total score and SDS total score were significant （P〈0. 05）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that depression could be predicted by family role,general functioning,affective response and behavior control dimensions of FAD（F= 18.41 ,P= 0.00）. And anxiety could be predicted by general functioning and problem solving dimensions of FAD（F= 11.40,P = 0.00）. Conclusion Nurses have serious anxious,depressive mood. The FAD can predict anxiety and depression. |
