| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用强制性运动疗法(CIMT)对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能康复的疗效。方法选取脑卒中偏瘫患者30例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。对照组采用常规的物理疗法为主的Bobath技术治疗。治疗组采用CIMT治疗,两组患者均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后10m最大步行速度、Berg平衡量表、简式Fugl-Meyer评价量表中的下肢评价及Barthel指数的变化。结果两组患者治疗前各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,各项功能指标变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CIMT改善脑卒中偏瘫患者步行速度和提高日常生活能力具有重要意义。 |
