腹膜浸润筛选模型体外筛选胆管癌细胞不同转移性亚群

目的　探讨以腹膜为载体用于体外细胞筛选的可行性。方法　利用经处理后的脏层腹膜 ,分离筛选胆管癌细胞不同转移性亚群 ,并以体外侵袭实验验证所筛选出的不同转移性亚群细胞间侵袭能力的差别。结果　以腹膜为筛选介质 ,成功地筛选出胆管癌细胞高、低转移性亚群 ,两亚群细胞间在粘附、迁移能力上均存在着显著的差别 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　腹膜浸润筛选模型用于细胞筛选可行、有效。

Utilizing peritoneum infiltration screening model to screen out differrent metastatic cell strains of bile duct carcinoma

Objective To study the validity of peritoneum infiltration screening model used in cell screening.Methods A peritoneum infiltration screening model was established. Such model overcame the high contamination factor using amnion as the filtration carrier. Resuluts Utilizing this model, we successfully screened out high and low metastatic bile duct carcinoma cells (QBC939) strains. Invasive experiments in vitro also proved that the invasive ability of high cell strain was stronger than that of the low one ( P <0 05). Conclusion Peritoneum infiltration screening model can be a very useful and valid model in cell screening.
