高速逆流色谱技术在药物研究开发中的应用

摘    要:对高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)技术。在天然药用植物活性成分分离及标准品制备、中药指纹图谱分析、天然新药的研发和活性部位筛选等方面中的应用及其在生物药物以及药物工业化领域的应用发展趋势进行了综述。

Abstract:High-speed countercurrent chromatography, or HSCCC, is a continuous liquid-liquid partition chromatography developed in the 1980s. In recent years, HSCCC has been widely used in research and development of traditional Chinese medicine, biomedicine, natural products, functional foods and cosmetics, including separating natural active components from plant resources, developing standard reference material of natural components, fingerprint analysis of traditional Chinese medicine, and selecting and screening new natural medicines. A review is presented in this paper, on HSCCC separation mechanism, instrumentation, operation, and its applications in TCM research.
