| 摘 要： | 目的观察几种常用抗菌中药对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的抑菌活性。方法选择6种（黄连、苦参、连翘、大黄、生地、知母）常用抗菌中药，采用水提法提取浓度至1g／ml。以稀释法测定上述中药对100株临床分离株的最低抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果大黄、黄连、连翅对MRSA有较强抑菌作用，其中以黄连对MRSA的作用最强，MIC值≤0．025g／ml。同一种中药对MRSA的不同菌株表现出相近的抑菌活性。结论常用抗菌中药对MRSA有一定的抑菌作用，在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染的防治中抗菌中药可以发挥一定作用。 |
