空心莲子草微乳体外抗柯萨奇病毒B3的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察空心莲子草微乳在体外抗柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)的作用,为将纳米技术应用于该药的研发提供理论依据。方法:提取空心莲子草抗病毒活性成分并制备成微乳制剂,以高效液相法测定微乳中空心莲子草浓度,测定微乳的粒径及其分布,考察微乳的稳定性,通过细胞实验评价药物的抗病毒作用。结果:微乳的平均粒径为32 nm,具有很好的稳定性,有明显抑制CVB3的作用,治疗指数27.31。结论:空心莲子草微乳有显著的抗CVB3的作用,微乳化的空心莲子草安全性比未经微乳化的高。

Abstract:Objective. To investigate the antiviral effect of alternanthera philoxeroides microemulsion on coxsackie virus group B3 in vitro. Methods. The microemulsion formulation containing the extract from alternanthera philoxeroides was prepared. The particle size was analysed. The alternanthera philoxeroides concentration and stability of the microemulsion were studied. The Aativiral Effect of Alternanthera philoxeroides microemulsion on coxsackie virus group B3 in vitro was evaluated. Results. The average droplet size was about 32 nm. The studied microemulsion system showed good stability. In the antiviral test, the microemulsion had remarkable effect on inhibiting CVB3 in vitro,TI was about 27. Conclusion. The alternanthera philoxeroides microemulsion can interrupt viral biosynthese effectively.
