| 摘 要： | 对比观察硬膜外麻醉与七氟醚为主的静吸复合全麻胃次全切除术中血糖、乳酸、总蛋白、血球压积等指标的变化。结果表明：血糖在硬膜外麻醉后９０ｍｉｎ较麻醉前非常显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），在静吸复合全麻４５、９０ｍｉｎ较麻醉前均显著升高，尤以９０ｍｉｎ为著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。乳酸在硬膜外麻醉后４５、９０ｍｉｎ较麻醉前显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），静吸复合全麻后４５、９０ｍｉｎ较麻醉前均有非常显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。总蛋白、血球压积在硬膜外麻醉与静吸复合全麻前、后４５、９０ｍｉｎ均无明显变化

| Abstract: | etabolic changes of blood glucose, lactate, total profein(TP), and haematocrit(HCT) in epidural and general anesthesia with intravenous anesthetics were compared during gastrectomy. The results showed that as compared with those before anesthesia, blood glucose increased significantly in both 90 min after epidural and 45 min after general anesthesia 45 min ( P <0.001).Lactate incrased significantly in both 45 min and 90 min after eqidural anesthesia( P <0.05) and 45 min and 90 min after general anesthesia( P <0.001). No remarkable changes in TP and HCT were found in any group. |
