| 摘 要： | 目的:研究穿心莲超分子提取物的抗炎作用。方法:观察穿心莲超分子提取物对蛋清诱发大鼠足跖肿胀、对棉球所致大鼠皮下肉芽肿以及对二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用,并采用穿心莲内酯作阳性对照。结果:穿心莲超分子提取物对上述三种方法所致的炎症有一定的抑制作用,和阳性对照组比较无显著差异。结论:穿心莲超分子提取物具有较好的抗炎作用。

Studies on anti- inflammatory effects of Andrographis Paniculta ultra member withdrawing |

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the anti-inflammatory effects of Andrographis Paniculta ultra member withdrawing.Methods: The anti-inflammatory activity was observed in rats with foot edema induced by egg white,rats with granulation edema induced by cotton ball and mice with ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene.And Andrographolide was used as gender contrasts.Results: Andrographis Paniculta ultra member withdrawing had certain effects on inhibition of the three kinds of inflammation mentioned aboved.There was no remakable difference compared with that of the control group.Conclusion: Andrographis Paniculta ultra member withdrawing has the anti-inflammatory effects. |
