摘    要:目的:优选马齿苋提取物的制备工艺条件。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计,以药材中α-亚麻酸转移率、浸膏得率和浸膏中α-亚麻酸的含量作为考察指标,采用HPLC法测定α-亚麻酸含量,并对所得结果进行方差分析,综合3个指标结果确定最佳工艺。结果:优选出的最佳工艺条件为将马齿苋提取液回收至无乙醇,加水至0.5g/mL,用10%的NaOH溶液调pH为7.5~8.0,5000r/min离心1min,沉淀加水至1g/mL,超声10min,5000r/min离心1min。结论:优选出的制备工艺稳定可靠,简便可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of extract of Portulaca oleracea L.. Methods: With extrac tion yield of α-linolenic acid, the yield of extract and the content of α-linolenic acid in extract as criteria,whose content was determined by HPLC method, the preparation process conditions were optimized by L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal test. Results: The best preparation technology conditions were as follows: concentrating the extract under reduced pressure till there was no ethanol, adding water to 0. 5 g/mL, adjusting pH to 7. 5-8. 0 with 10% NaOH solution, centrifugalizing for 1 min at 5 000 r/min, adding water to 1 g/mL and centrifugalizing for 10 min at 5 000 r/min. Conclusion: The best preparation technology is reliable, convenient and practical.
