| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤(PGML)的诊断和治疗,提高对该病的认识。方法对近10年经手诊治的9例PGML患者临床资料进行回顾性复习和讨论。结果9例胃镜和病理活检显示对PGML的诊断准确率仅为22%,CT检查对PGML的诊断准确率也只有44%,误诊率较高。讨论误诊的原因主要与缺乏特异性临床特征、内镜取材部位和钳取标本经验不足、临床医生对本病的认识不足等有关。结论应提高对本病的认识,通过各种途径积累丰富的临床经验,以提高鉴别率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of PGML and improve its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Nine patients with PGML treated in our hospital during the previous 10 years were retrospectively analysed.Results The correct diagnoses were made only in 22% patients by means of gastroscopy and biopsy and 44% patients by means of CT examination.The misdiagnostic rate of PGML was high.The reasons for misdiagnoses were mainly related to the lack of specific clinical characteristics for PGML and the lack of experiences in taking biopsy for doctors.Conclusion To improve the diagnosis,clinicians should get acquainted with the clinical presentations of PGML and accumulate clinical experiences. |
