麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治小儿肾病综合征140例临床观察

目的　观察麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治小儿肾病综合征的临床效果。方法　 2 6 9例肾病综合征 (NS)小儿随机分为两组。治疗组 14 0例 ,采用麻疹减毒活疫苗配合激素、雷公藤治疗 ;对照组 12 9例 ,采用传统疗法治疗。结果　两组临床缓解时间、尿蛋白转阴时间、平均住院天数、完全缓解率及总有效率及复发率 ,经统计学处理 ,差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治小儿肾病综合征安全有效。

Clinical observation of nephrotic syndrome in children treated with live attenuated measles virus vaccine

Objective To observe the curative effect of live attenuated measles virus vaccine on nephrotic syndrome(NS) in children.Methods 269 children with NS were divided into two groups randomly.140 cases were treated with live attenuated mealses virus vaccine,hormone and tripterygium wilfordii.Another 129 cases were treated with traditional therapeutics as control.Results All the differences of the remission time,the time of disappearance of proteinuria,the average days of hospitalization,completely remission rate,overall effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of nephrotic syndrome with live attenuated measlesvirus vaccine in children is safe and effective.
