上海市某社区65岁以上体检老年人代谢综合征状况分析

目的了解上海市松江区方松街道老年体检人群代谢综合征的患病状况,为社区卫生服务工作提供依据。方法对65岁以上老年人体检的结果进行统计分析,项目包括健康问卷调查、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血糖、血脂、血压等相关指标。结果参与体检的老年人代谢综合征总患病率为20.23%,男性为19.38%,女性为21.01%,不同性别和年龄的老年人在代谢综合征患病率方面差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两性随着体重指数的增加代谢综合征、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖患病率都有增高的趋势(P0.01)。中心性肥胖组代谢综合征、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖患病率与非中心性肥胖组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论社区老年人群是代谢性疾病的高发人群,其患病率随体重指数及腰围的增加而增加。

Survey of metabolic disorder of senile people above age of 65 years in Fangsong community of Songjiang District in Shanghai

Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic disorder （MS） of the senile people above age of 65 years in Fangsong community of Songjiang District of Shanghai. Methods Height, weight, waist circumference ,hip, fasting blood glucose, lipid, blood pressure and other indices of the senile people above age of 65 years in Fangsong community were determined by a questionnaire survey and physical examination. The results were analyzed by statistical methods. Results The overall prevalence rate of MS of senile people above age of 65 years in Fangsong community was 20.23%. The rate of MS in male was 19.38%, and that for female was 21.01%. The rate of MS for senile people of different gender and age showed no significant difference（P〉 0.05）. The rate of MS, hypertension, hyperglycemia, abnormal lipoprotein disease in male and female increased with increase of BMI（P〈 0.01）. The rate of MS, hypertension, hyperglycemia, abnormal lipoprotein disease in central obesity group was higher than non central obesity group （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Senior citizens in community are high risk group for MS. The rate of MS increased with increase of BMI and waist circumference.
