平顶山市不同人群碘营养水平监测结果分析

目的客观评价平顶山市不同人群碘营养状况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法在河南省5个县(市)、区选取新婚育龄妇女、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、0~2岁婴幼儿、8~10岁儿童5类人群作为调查对象,每类人群分别随机抽取200份以上尿样,硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘水平。结果共采集5类不同人群尿样1 217份,新婚育龄妇女、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、0~2岁婴幼儿和8~10岁儿童的尿碘中位数分别为179.9μg/L、151.9μg/L、145.3μg/L、221.1μg/L和164.9μg/L;其中孕妇尿碘150μg/L的占48.6%,哺乳期妇女尿碘100μg/L的占29.1%。叶县孕妇尿碘中位数低于150μg/L,鲁山县0~2岁婴幼儿尿碘中位数处于推荐值的下限边缘。结论平顶山市不同人群的碘营养状况总体水平上是适宜的。部分孕妇和哺乳期妇女及婴幼儿存在碘摄入不足,应引起高度重视。加强健康教育,实施科学补碘,纠正部分人群碘营养偏低状况。

Monitoring results of iodine nutritional levels in different groups of Pingdingshan city

Objective To assess the iodine nutritional status of different groups inf Pingdingshan city. Methods The women of child-bearing age, gravidae, women at breast-feeding stage, infants aged 0-2 years and children aged 8-10 years were chosen in five county（cities） in Pingdingshan city and surveyed for iodine nutritional status by suing ammonium sulfate digestion- arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results Totaslly 1 217 samples of 5 different groups were tested. The median urinary iodine level was 179.9μg/L, 151.9 μg/L、145.3μg/L, 221.1μg/L and 164.9μg/L respectively for the newly married women of childbearing age, pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants under the age of 2 years and children aged 8-10 years.. The urinary iodine level in pregnant women was less than 150μg/L（accounted for 48.6%）, that of the nursing mothers was less than 100μg/L（accounted for 29.1%）. Median urinary iodine of pregnant women in Yexian county was less than 150 μg/L, Median urinary iodine of infants under the age of 2 years in Lushan county was on the verge of the prescribed minimum of recommended value. Conclusions The overall level of iodine nutritional status in different groups of people in Pingdingshan city is appropriate. Insufficient iodine intake exists in some pregnant women, nursing mothers and infants, Thus it is necessary to strengthen health education, improve the low iodine nutritional status of the special population, and supply iodine with scientific methods.
