妊娠与腕管综合征(36例临床分析)

目的　了解妊娠并发腕管综合征的临床特点 ,提高对本病的认识 ,减少误诊。方法　对 2 0 0 0 - 0 1～2 0 0 1- 0 8收治的 36例妊娠并发腕管综合征病例进行回顾分析。结果　本组病例中 ,14例首诊确诊为妊娠并发腕管综合征 ,12例误诊为其它疾病 ,10例漏诊 ;本组病例均采用保守治疗治愈。结论　本病多发生于妊娠晚期 ,有典型的手部症状 ,正中神经分布区拇、示及中指麻木、刺痛、夜间加剧 ;屈腕试验及Tine1征阳性 ;以保守治疗为主。

Clinical Analysis of Pregnancy Complicated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Objective To learn the clinical characteristics and improve the recognition of this disease so that to decrease the misdiagnosis. Methods 36 cases of pregnancy complicated with carpal tunnel syndrome from January 2000~August 2001 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 14 cases were obtained correct diagnosis and 12 cases were made misdiagnosis. There 10 cases had no such diagnosis. All patients were treated conservatively. Conclusion This disease was commonly onset at late stage of pregnancy. The typical signs on hand were numb, pain esp. severe at night at thumb, index and middle fingers along distribution of median nerve. The test of flexing wrist and tine's sign were positive. The treatment should be mainly conservative.
