摘    要:目的:考察不同提取方法对山茱萸总皂苷含量测定的影响。方法:分别采用无水乙醇回流提取、无水乙醇回流-正丁醇萃取、体积分数为70%乙醇回流提取、体积分数为70%乙醇回流提取-正丁醇萃取、水提取、超声波提取和超临界CO2提取方法,以人参皂苷Re作对照品,比色法测定提取液中山茱萸总皂苷的含量。结果及结论:不同提取方法对皂苷含量有较大的影响,超临界CO2提取技术无溶剂残留,操作温度低,对环境友好,提取效率高,皂苷含量是传统溶剂提取的1.5~2.0倍,有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Aim: To explore the effect of seven extration methods of the total saponins from Cornus officinalis.Methods: By using ethanol reflux, ethanol reflux-butanol extraction, 70% ethanol reflux,70% ethanol reflux-butanol extraction, water reflux,ultrasonic wave extraction,and supercritical CO_2 extraction methods with Ginsenoside Re as standard, chromatometry was used to determine the content of total saponins in different extraction solution. Results and Conclusions: With Ginsenoside Re as standard, chromatometry was used to sucessfully determine the content of total saponins in different extraction solution. A reliable analytical method and base were provided for quality controlling of Cornus officinalis. Different extraction methods have much influence on determining total saponins. Supercritical CO_2 extraction presents better application prospect because of its no solvent remaining, benevolent to environment, low operation temperature,and high extraction efficiency. The content of total saponins with supercritical CO_2 is 1.5 to 2.0 times than that of conventional solvent extraction.
