中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕33例

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将66例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为2组。对照组33例应用低分子右旋糖酐500mL加刺五加60mL、维脑路通0.6g静脉滴注,1次/d,连用10天。治疗组33例则在对照组治疗的基础上加减小柴胡汤治疗。结果:治疗组的显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕可改善眩晕等症状,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observations on Integrated Treatment for 33 Cases of Vertebral-basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Integrated Traditional and Western medicine treatment for vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods：66 patients with vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group received 500mL low molecular weight dextran plus CiWuJia 60 mL and venoruton 0.6 g,1 times /d,intravenous infusion for 10 days.Treatment group was added based on traditional Chinese medicine on the basis treatment of control group.Results：The effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment was significantly higher in the control group.Conclusion：Combination treatment may improve cerebral blood flow and other symptoms and improve clinical efficacy for vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency dizziness and vertigo.
