| 摘 要： | 作者应用胫后动脉踝上皮支为蒂的小腿内侧筋膜皮瓣修复小腿皮肤软组织缺损19例,皮瓣全部成活。本文介绍了皮瓣的设计、手术方法,并讨论了皮瓣血供的保证。介绍了皮瓣的优点及其应用范围。作者认为皮瓣手术操作简单,成功率高,应用范围广,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | 19 patients with soft tissue defect of leg were treated with fasial skin flaps of medial legs and all the flaps survived. The designing of flaps and operation techniques were mainly introduced and its blood supply discussed in this paper. We suggest that the surgical procedures are simple and the successful rate is high. |
