早期复极的有关影响因素分析

目的探讨早期复极患病率与性别、年龄及机体有氧活动量的关系。方法对2007年1月—2009年9月25 520例企事业单位人员进行健康体检,所有人均做12导联心电图检查分析。结果早期复极患病率为3.54%,其中男性4.14%(21～30岁占4.89%,31～40岁占4.54%,41～50岁占2.38%),女性占0.45%(21～30岁占0.52%,31～40岁占0.48%,41～50岁0.34%)。轻度体力活动强度人群患病率2.18%,中度以上体力活动强度人群患病率4.52%。结论早期复极多发于男性青壮年,而且,易发生在有氧活动量较高的人群中,提示早期复极与迷走神经张力增高有关。

Study of early repolarization
