自制表面活性剂类超声造影剂观察淋巴结增强效果的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨一种新的造影显像途径及自制表面活性剂类造影剂对正常兔淋巴结的增强效果。方法10只健康新西兰大白兔经足底皮下注射自制表面活性剂类造影剂,剂量0.5ml,并按摩足底,用谐波显像方式观察窝淋巴结造影效果。结果注射造影剂5s内窝淋巴结可见增强,30s左右明显增强,增强效果随按摩而更明显,谐波状态下的淋巴结造影增强后的声像图回声强度(EI)明显高于造影前(P<0.05)。结论经组织内注射造影剂能达到淋巴系统造影增强的目的;自制表面活性剂类造影剂能够经足底皮下注入,进入淋巴道,实现显著的淋巴结增强效果。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to demanstrate the feasibilbility whether self-made microbubbles can pass through the lymphatics to the local lymph nodes in sufficient quantity and to provide real-time observation of the draining nodes. On the other hand the purpose was to evaluate the enhancement effect of self-made Fluorocabon-filled surfactant contrast agent in the normal rabbit popliteal lymph nodes.Methods 0.5 ml self-made Fluorocabon-filled surfactant contrast agent was administered into the foot pad of 10 rabbits.Second harmonic mode (5.2/10.2 MHz) was useds.Results The contrast enhancement in the popliteal lymph node was initiated from 5 seconds,lasted about 20~30 min,and was obvious at 30 seconds after injection.The longer the message period after injection,the more enhancement and filling of the lymph node.The echo intensity(EI) values of lymph nodes post-contrast were significantly higher than those of the pre-contrast.(P<0.05).Conclusions Microbubbles injected into tissues can enhance local lymph nodes.Self-made Fluorocabon-filled surfactant contrast agent can markably intense echoes of normal popliteal lymph node.
