支持性心理干预对社区脊髓损伤病人的影响

[目的]探讨支持性心理干预对社区脊髓损伤病人心理状态及功能恢复的影响。[方法]将菠萝岭社区卫生服务中心建立"中途之家"所管辖的36例脊髓损伤病人随机分为两组,每组18例,两组病人均进行康复治疗,支持性心理干预组同时进行支持性心理干预,干预前后3个月两组病人均采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评心理状态,用功能独立性评价量表(FIM)评估病人躯体功能恢复情况。[结果]干预前、干预后病人的SAS、SDS、FIM得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]支持性心理干预可以减轻社区脊髓损伤病人的抑郁心理状态,改善躯体功能恢复,促进康复。

Influence of supportive psychological intervention on community patients with spinal cord injury

Objective： To probe into influence of supportive psychological intervention on the psychological status and recovery of function of patients with spinal cord injury. Methods：A total of 36 patients with spinal cord injury under jurisdiction of “halfway house”established in Boluoling community health service centers were randomly divided into 2 groups, 18 cases in each group, both groups of patients underwent rehabilitation therapy, at the same time, supportive psychological intervention group received the supportive psychological intervention. The psychological status of patients in both groups were evaluated by using Self- Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） ,evaluation of mental state rating scale functional independence （FIM） to assess patients＇ physical function recovery in 3 months before and after intervention Results： the SAS, SDS,FIM scores of patients were compared before and after the intervention, ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： supportive psychological intervention can reduce the depressive mental state of community spinal cord injury patients, improve physical function recovery and promote them rehabilitation.
