艾塞那肽注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病病人的观察及护理

目的]总结艾塞那肽注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病病人的观察及护理。方法]对15例老年2型糖尿病病人应用艾塞那肽注射液治疗,同时加强观察及护理。结果]1例病人因严重肾功能不全在使用艾塞那肽注射液2个月后停用;艾塞那肽注射液治疗3个月后病人空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数等指标均低于治疗前;出现恶心等轻度胃肠道反应7例,呕吐1例,低血糖1例,胃肠道副反应为一过性且症状较轻。结论]艾塞那肽注射液能降低老年2型糖尿病病人的血糖水平,是一种安全有效的降糖药物。

Observation and nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated with exenatide iniection

Objective：To summarize the observation and nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated with exenatide injection. Methods： A total of 15 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with the exenatide injection,at the same time strengthening the observation and nursing. Results. Exenatide injection was stop in a case of patient because of severe renal insufficiency after using for two months;the fasting glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, body mass index of patients after exenatide injection therapy were lower than that before treatment;7 cases of mild gastrointestinal reactions such as 1 case of vomiting,1 case of hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal reactions was transient and with mild symptoms. Conclusion. exenatide injection can reduce blood sugar levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and it is a safe and effective antidiabetic drugs.
