门诊高血压病病人自我管理干预效果评价

目的]探讨自我管理干预对门诊高血压病病人自我管理能力及血压的影响。方法]采用随机对照类试验研究设计,将206例门诊高血压病病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组103例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予高血压病自我管理教育及定期随访。干预6个月后比较两组高血压病病人自我管理能力、血压水平的变化。结果]观察组饮食管理、治疗管理、躯体活动自我管理能力高于对照组,血压控制情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]自我管理干预对提高门诊高血压病病人的自我管理能力和降低血压有一定效果。

Evaluation on effect of self- management intervention for outpatient hypertension patients

Objective：To probe into the influence of self- management intervention on ability of self - management and blood pressure of outpatient hypertension patients. Methods： A randomized controlled quasi - experimental study de-sign was taken. A total of 206 patients with hypertension in Outpatient Clinic were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 103 patients in each group. The control group patients received routine health education, observation group patients were given hypertension self - management education and regular follow - up. The self - management ability and changes in blood pressure levels of hypertension patients were compared between both groups after 6 months of intervention. Ability of self - management and blood pressure between the two groups were compared after the 6 months intervention. Results：The dietary management, treatment management and somatic activity self- management ability of observation group patients were better than that of control group,blood pressure control was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Self- management intervention can improve the self- management ability of outpatient hypertension patients and has a certain effect for lowering blood pressure.
