经济欠发达地区农村初级中学教师心理健康现状调查分析

目的探讨经济欠发达地区农村初级中学教师心理健康状况。方法应用SCL-90对8所农村初级中学212名教师进行调查并作比较分析。结果农村初级中学教师心理健康受损检出率为28．3％，其中强迫症状突出；男教师人际敏感因子分低于女教师，其余无显著差异；不同教龄组教师人际敏感、恐怖和躯体化因子分呈显著差异；不同学历组及不同职称组教师心理健康水平差异显著；未婚教师心理健康水平高于已婚教师。结论经济欠发达地区农村中学教师心理健康严重程度不突出，但应重视对农村中学青年教师的人际关系问题、中年教师的压力问题、老年教师的躯体化症状问题以厦教师强迫、抑郁、敌对和人际关系敏感形成的心理、社会因素进行研究。

Investigation of Mental Health State of Junior High School Teachers in Underdevelopment Area in Country

Objective To evaluate the mental health state about junio r high school teachers worked in underdevelopment area in country. Methods U se the SCL-90, 2 12 teachers of 8 different junior high schools in country were tested, Spss was used for data analysis. Results The inspected rate of the impai red mental healt h is 28.3%, and the obsession is the most one; the female teachers' score of int erpersonal relationship factor, the terrific factor and the somatization exist s ignificantly difference among the teachers of different school age; the level of mental health about unmarried teachers is high than married teachers. C onclusion The mental health state about junior high school teachers worke d in underdevelopment area in country is good, but some factors are poor, especi ally older teachers.
