摘    要:运用系统方法,从评估、实施、评价3个阶段探讨护士培训系统模式。从医院护理组织、护理任务及护士个人等方面评估护士的培训需要及培训目标,结合岗位培训、情景模拟、行为体验及课堂和会议等多种培训方法,从反馈、学习、行为、结果4个层次系统评价培训效果。

Abstract:By applying systematic methods, it probed into the systematic mode of nursing training from 3 stages of evaluation, implementation and assessment. To assess the needs and aim of training of nurses from hospital nursing organization, nursing assignment and nurses themselves. Combined with working post training, scene simulation, behavioral experience, classes and meetings together to assess the training effectiveness from four levels as feedback, learning, behavior and results systematically.
