九香心痛舒胶囊对麻醉犬急性心肌缺血模型相关生化指标的影响研究

目的探讨九香心痛舒胶囊对麻醉犬急性心肌缺血模型相关生化指标作用的影响研究。方法采用结扎犬心脏冠状动脉前降支，造成急性心肌缺血模型，测定血清乳酸脱氯酶（LDH）、血清磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）和碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活性的变化。结果给麻醉犬造成急性心肌缺血模型后，LDH、CK分别与结扎前比较明显升高，而ALP未见明显的改变。施加药物后，九香心痛舒胶囊给药后不同时间段LDH与给药前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），提示有明显的改善作用；而不同时间段CK与给药前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），对ALP未见明显规律性的变化。结论九香心痛舒胶囊不同剂量组在不同时问段对LDH有明显的改善作用，但未见明显的量效关系，提示九香心痛舒胶囊具有明显的改善犬急性心肌缺血及心肌梗死的作用。

Effects of Jiuxiang Xintongshu Capsule on Correlated Biochemical Indexes of Acute Myocardial Ischemia in anesthetized Dogs

Objective To explore the effects of Jiuxiang Xintongshu capsule(JXXTS) on correlated biochemical indexes of acute myocardial ischemia in anesthetized dogs.Methods The acute ischemia models were set by ligating the anterior descending branch of the coronary artery of dogs.Determined were the activity changes of serum creatine phosphokinase(CK),lactate dehudrogenase(LDH) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP).Results LDH and CK were higher than them before ligation and ALP was not change.After administration of JXXTS and in different periods,LDH had obviously changes(P<0.05),which showed that JXXTS was effective,CK also had obviously changes(P<0.05),but it was not the action of JXXTS.And ALP did not have the regular change.Conclusion JXXTS can obviously improve acute myocardial ischemia.And the capsule has no obvious effects on correlated biochemical indexes of acute myocardial ischemia in dogs,which provides the dependable evidences for the clinical treatment of the heart diseases due to ischemia.
