摘    要:目的:探讨BMP-钛复合种植体与非血管化自体骨同期移植后种植体界面的愈合过程及BMP对界面骨融合过程的促进作用。方法:在犬前磨牙区截骨并原位回植,造成非血管化骨移植的动物模型,分别同期植入BMP-钛复合种植体及普通种植体。对术后不同时段的种植体界面进行硬组织切片甲苯胺蓝染色观察。结果:BMP-钛复合种植体植入后2周.界面即可见新骨生成.12周时骨融合基本完成。对照组骨融合过程较实验组延迟4周以上。结论:BMP-钛复合种植体的应用,可使种植体一移植骨界面的骨融合时间明显提前,从而缩短程,提高治疗的成功率。

Abstract:PURPOSE:To investigate the healing process of the nonvascularized bone graft and the simultaneous Titanium implant placed in bone graft, and to estimate the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on the healing of implant interface.METHODS:Eight dogs were used for the experiment.Bilateral premolars of the dogs were extracted, and the dogs were used for the experiment till the wound healed 3 months later.A 3cm bone segment was cut from the premolar region of the mandible of the dog.The composite implants containing bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) were inserted into one side of the segment, and then the segment was placed back to the original site.Traditional titanium implants were used as control on the other side.The dogs were sacrificed 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperatively.The specimen were investigated by gross observation and toluidine blue staining.RESULTS:The BMP-Titanium composite implants could induce new bone formation at the interface early after implantation.The osseointegration process was much more rapid in the experimental group than that in the control group.CONCLUSIONS:The BMP-Titanium composite implants can accelerate the interface osseointegration, thus providing basis for the success of combined use of nonvascularized bone graft and implant.
