| 摘 要： | 目的 了解铁路职工健康状况,为提高其生活质量提供依据. 方法收集8 918例铁路职工的健康体检资料并进行分析. 结果 8 918例铁路职工体检合格率3.4%;检出主要疾病或指标异常分别是五官科疾病（58.8%）、血脂异常（57.2%）、脂肪肝（33.7%）、心电图异常（33.3%）、超重或肥胖（29.8%）、尿液分析异常（17.6%）、高血压（15.1%）、血液分析异常（14.5%）、胆囊疾病（12.4%）、肝功能异常（11.8%）.按年龄分层后疾病检出率占首位的是40～49岁年龄段. 结论铁路职工慢性病检出率高,健康问题严重,应大力开展健康教育和健康促进,提高生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the health situation of 8 918 railway workers in Wuhan. Methods The medical check-up data of 8 918 railway workers from the physical examination were analyzed. Results Those in complete good health only accounted for 3.4%. The top ten commonest diseases were the five sense organs（58.8% ） ,hyperlipidemia（57.2% ） ,hyperlipid（ 33.7% ） , ECGabnormality （ 33.3% ）, over weight/obestity （ 29.8%e ） , urine analysis abnormality （ 17.6% ） , hypertention （ 15.1% ） ,blood analysis abnormality （ 14.5 % ）, gallbladder disease （ 12.4% ） ,liver function abnormality （ 11.8 % ） in the sequence of frequency from high to low. Conclusion Most of the railway workers are not in good health. Health education and promotion need carrying on in order to strengthen the abilities against chronia disease. |
