米非司酮、甲基睾丸酮和亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的药物经济学分析

目的：比较米非司酮、甲基睾丸酮和亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的成本效果。方法：选择2011年2月-2013年3月在本院妇科就诊并确诊为子宫肌瘤的180例患者，180例患者按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组，每组各60例。A组：口服米非司酮10 mg，1次/d，90 d；B组：口服甲基睾丸酮5 mg，1次/d，90 d；C组：皮下注射醋酸亮丙瑞林3.75 mg，每4周1次，共3次。通过药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果：A、B、C组的治疗有效率分别为88.33%、61.67%、93.33%，A组和C组的总有效率均高于B组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。而药物成本-效果分析A、B、C组分别为333.52、246.15、4786.88。结论：从药物经济学角度出发，甲基睾丸酮是最佳的治疗方案。

Pharmacoeconomic Analysis of Mifepristone,Methyltestosterone and Leuprolide in Treatment of Uterine Myoma

Objective：To explore the cost-effectiveness of mifepristone,methyltestosterone and leuprolide in treatment of uterine fibroids. Method：One hundred and eighty patients with with myoma of uterus in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,60 cases in each group.Group A：10 mg mifepristone po. qd. for 90 days;Group B：5 mg methyltestosterone po. qd. for 90 days;Group C：3.75 mg leuprolide subcutaneously injected once every 4 weeks,a total of three times. The drugs of cost-effectiveness analysis were performed by pharmacoeconomic analysis.Result：The efficiency of group A/B/C was 91.67%,61.67%and 93.33%. And the efficiency of group A and C were higher than group B,and the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The costs-effectiveness analysis of group A/B/C was 333.52,246.15 and 4786.88.Conclusion：In evaluating the treatment schemes of uterine fibroids from the angle of economics,the best is methyltestosterone.
