正常妊娠妇女和妊娠期高血压疾病患者血脂、血糖代谢的特点

目的：研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者血糖和血脂水平的变化特点。方法：对60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者和60例正常妊娠妇女进行血糖和血脂水平检测，并比较分析所得数据。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病妇女血脂水平明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组孕妇血糖水平检测结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病患者可能伴有血脂、血糖代谢的紊乱，临床应加强孕期及围生期监测。

The Change Characteristics of Blood Sugar and Blood Fat in Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension Pregnancies and Normal Pregnancy Women

Objective： To observe the change characteristics of blood sugar and blood fat between pregnancy-induced hypertension （ PIH ） pregnancies and normal pregnancy women. Method： A total of 60 pregnancy-induced hypertension women and 60 normal pregnancy women were selected. The change characteristics of blood sugar and blood fat were compared. Result： The level of blood fat in group PIH were significantly higher than those in normal labor group （ P〈0.05 ） ; There was no obvious difference of the level of blood sugar between pregnancy-induced hypertension pregnancies and normal pregnancy women. Conclusion： It suggests that pregnancy-induced hypertension women may have the disorder of the metabolism of blood sugar and blood fat. Take monitor of pregnant woman should be strengthen in the perinatal periods.
