正常妊娠妇女和妊娠期高血压疾病患者血脂、血糖代谢的特点

摘    要:目的:研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者血糖和血脂水平的变化特点。方法:对60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者和60例正常妊娠妇女进行血糖和血脂水平检测,并比较分析所得数据。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病妇女血脂水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组孕妇血糖水平检测结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者可能伴有血脂、血糖代谢的紊乱,临床应加强孕期及围生期监测。

The Change Characteristics of Blood Sugar and Blood Fat in Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension Pregnancies and Normal Pregnancy Women

Abstract:Objective: To observe the change characteristics of blood sugar and blood fat between pregnancy-induced hypertension ( PIH ) pregnancies and normal pregnancy women. Method: A total of 60 pregnancy-induced hypertension women and 60 normal pregnancy women were selected. The change characteristics of blood sugar and blood fat were compared. Result: The level of blood fat in group PIH were significantly higher than those in normal labor group ( P〈0.05 ) ; There was no obvious difference of the level of blood sugar between pregnancy-induced hypertension pregnancies and normal pregnancy women. Conclusion: It suggests that pregnancy-induced hypertension women may have the disorder of the metabolism of blood sugar and blood fat. Take monitor of pregnant woman should be strengthen in the perinatal periods.
