火针配合针刺走罐治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床观察

目的：研究分析火针配合针刺走罐对急性期周围性面瘫治疗的临床效果。方法：将2011—2012年本院接收诊治的50例急性期周围性面瘫患者作为试验调查对象，并按随机数字表法分为两组，每组各25例。对照组采取针刺走罐法治疗；观察组采取火针结合针刺走罐法治疗。比较并分析两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率96％，对照组为76％，观察组明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：火针结合针刺走罐治疗法效果明显，大大提高治疗有效率，可被广泛用于临床且得到积极推广。

Clinical Observation of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis Treatment with Fire Cupping Acupuncture Needles

Objective： To study and analyze the clinical effects of acute peripheral facial paralysis treatment with the fire cupping acupuncture needles. Method： 50 patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to random number table method, each group contained 25 cases. The control group was given acupuncture cupping france treatment, and the observation group was given fire cupping acupuncture needles treatment. The clinical effects of these two groups were compared and armlyzed. Result： The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96%, the control group was 76%, the observation was obvious better than the control group, with significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The treatment effects of fire cupping acupuncture needles are significant, which can greatly improve the treatment effective rate, and can be widely used in clinical and be actively promoted.
